Ludus has put a habboween bot on there and has been in there quite a bit himself as well as generating it a lot of attention by making it one of three rooms linked to the official habboween page. Thousands will be visiting that page and many of those will go HxHD :8

And its good to know HxHD is being realised for the right reason when so many people criticise it.
Well my last thread was supporting the desk and I don't see many criticising it. You only have to deal with constructive criticism. Some of the staff aren't great - that's my opinion. The desk is popular - that's a fact. Don't get so down about things.
Agreed with Jake to be honest. Again, it's going to be really popular however unfortunately they're only there for whatever's happening in there so us regulars will find it difficult to get in :@ But oh well well done Joe and Jin for creating the layout and getting it picked :)
Took me an hour to realise what people were on about. I thought they were knocking the ghosts that I had placed there myself :D.

I havn't seen anyone in the HxHD actually help anybody in days, it's just a bunch of immature arguing between staff and guests, which results in kicks, for half the time that arn't even breaking the rules.

To start, you've been in HxHD for the past two or three days and you with a couple of others have been the main cause of the arguments within the desk between guests and staff trying to keep things under control.

And I couldn't care less about why I was banned, all I care about is that HxHD actually get's some more mature people in the staff that know how to run things and understand a simple rule list.

I don't care about my ban, I just think if HxHD is actually ever going to be anything more than a hangout where people talking about pig sex and people's mothers, they need to get people in there that know the rules and how to enforce them :)
I'm never in HxHD because of the reason it's just so immature, and it's never changed. I'm not surprised I got a 3 day ban (OH NOES) for sticking up for someone ;P
To be honest, HxHD is a lot more than people talking about what you stated above. HxHD are dedicated to enforcing the rules on as many people as they see fit to make sure that what you described and participated in for the best part of an hour doesnt happen again. Like I said in my previous post, you have been in HxHD several times for long periods over the past couple of days so clearly, you're never in there.
You enforce the rules like this:
<Laggings> WARNING 1 FOR BEING BLACK (To myself)
<Alkaz> Don't be rude -kick
<HotelUser> 3 day ban for rudeness.
I haven't been in HxHD for a total of almost 2 weeks. Today was the first day during the daytime I've even been wrong. Trust me :P
As I said idc about my Ban, I'm not planning on going back until it has some epic changes.

Anyway, the majority like the way HxHD is run and has been run for a while so I doubt there will be any 'epic changes' in the near future.
I didn't think there would be epic changes, there never has been, that's why I'm never usually in ;)
"New Year New Habbox" led to a definite epic change, one that I'd argue has helped to turn around the desk though its gone through cycles, it was on death's door for a while.Quote:

The banning system would be better if the bans were for actually offenses, and the bans we're upheld. For a fact I know of 3 people who have went in the HxHD when there was 'mods' there, when they were banned, and nothing happened because they were friends with eachother.
If you're not a friend of the people with power, you get taken advantage of.
I'm not so sure this is an accurate example. In HxHD we have a warning system. So you would have gotten several warnings preceding the ban. Plus, Alkaz couldn't have kicked you, as he doesn't have rights in the room.Quote:

Even if what you said to Scott, he didnt find offensive, others in the desk certainly did find your comments offensive and as thats not an image we want to portray to new users in the desk, so you will be punished for it and you know yourself, its wrong. Some of the things you were saying to one and other, and shouting about to other people to were truely disgusting.
Tbh i think this sum it all ups, The HxHD this time 6 months ago was en epic fail ban wise, use me and scott as an example, we were both permed yet staff were told to stop kicking us becuase its a waste of time becuase of our action like loading times. So management took it on board and changd the banning and punishment system and tbh its worked very well so i dont understand why your complaining laggings. If you think there is a problem with it, why not post/pm your views and maby if can be tweaked a little if management think it is correct, but in my opinion, it is fine as it is, ALOT BETTER THAN BEFOR!Quote:

banning people from the room doesn't do anything lol. unless jin can kick and ban. you can't physically ban people because they can come back as they please and there isn't always super staff in the room to deal with the banned users. i think the banning system should be scrapped and staff kick people as they see fit.
I think if we got rid of banning as a whole behavior would decrease rapidly, as sometimes bans knock sence into people and make them reflect on their behavior and realise the desk isnt to be rude in.Quote:
