I'm not so sure this is an accurate example. In HxHD we have a warning system. So you would have gotten several warnings preceding the ban. Plus, Alkaz couldn't have kicked you, as he doesn't have rights in the room.

The banning system would be better if the bans were for actually offenses, and the bans we're upheld. For a fact I know of 3 people who have went in the HxHD when there was 'mods' there, when they were banned, and nothing happened because they were friends with eachother.

If you're not a friend of the people with power, you get taken advantage of.

If you were banned from HxHD and it hasn't been lifted, then it's a fair ban (as Jin said there is proof that you were being disruptive so I don't think you were just banned out of the blue).

If you still think it wasn't a fair ban you can appeal it by PMing Ben and I, or Sammeth.

You've been posting about you being banned, so that's what I was responding to.

as for your latter comment, I am very confident in saying that all of our current staff are capable of moderating if needed. For the most part guests are pretty good and we don't have to do much to settle things down. It's only occasionally that we have to ban someone from the room (and contrary to popular believe we don't like having to go through the procedure of banning someone).

But it's not like we're asking a lot from guests, we just don't want anyone tearing other people's heads off.

Anything that I said that could be considered rude was to sc0t, and he knows that I was just joking. I wasn't as bad as some of those people that were talking about 'pig orgys' and other peoples mums. But nothing happened to them :L

Anyways, it's only 3 days and it's not like anything is actually going to change, so nvrmind.

It'd be alot better if the HxHD staff (some of them) actually knew how to do their job.
Half the time you got people saying ':RUDE: YOU ALL' with nothing but a kick once, and half the time you just got the people with power that will continually kick you for nothing because they just dislike you.

I havn't seen anyone in the HxHD actually help anybody in days, it's just a bunch of immature arguing between staff and guests, which results in kicks, for half the time that arn't even breaking the rules.

It's quite sad tbh, I see why I never go in there.

Gotta disagree. I've seen all the HxHD Staff who've been in yesterday or the day before help a number of times and even myself/other guests have too.

Even if what you said to Scott, he didnt find offensive, others in the desk certainly did find your comments offensive and as thats not an image we want to portray to new users in the desk, so you will be punished for it and you know yourself, its wrong. Some of the things you were saying to one and other, and shouting about to other people to were truely disgusting.

"New Year New Habbox" led to a definite epic change, one that I'd argue has helped to turn around the desk though its gone through cycles, it was on death's door for a while.

There was also an epic change in the removal of permanant bans and a reformation of the banning system.

Tbh i think this sum it all ups, The HxHD this time 6 months ago was en epic fail ban wise, use me and scott as an example, we were both permed yet staff were told to stop kicking us becuase its a waste of time becuase of our action like loading times. So management took it on board and changd the banning and punishment system and tbh its worked very well so i dont understand why your complaining laggings. If you think there is a problem with it, why not post/pm your views and maby if can be tweaked a little if management think it is correct, but in my opinion, it is fine as it is, ALOT BETTER THAN BEFOR!

banning people from the room doesn't do anything lol. unless jin can kick and ban. you can't physically ban people because they can come back as they please and there isn't always super staff in the room to deal with the banned users. i think the banning system should be scrapped and staff kick people as they see fit.

I think if we got rid of banning as a whole behavior would decrease rapidly, as sometimes bans knock sence into people and make them reflect on their behavior and realise the desk isnt to be rude in.

However I think some people think ohwell only a ban, after a few days it'll be gone i'll sneak in cause staff some hassle, which is why i was wondering if say bans in HxHD could provoke some of their rights on HxF. Maybe thatd change the way they behave to a ban, then again dunno if its possible
