Nowhere in the Habbo Way does it say anything about casinos or gambling.
For that alone I reckon you could easily appeal it. Not to mention whoever banned you clearly hasn't logged into Habbo before lol. What's the account worth?
This is a bit odd, Casinos have been around for years and Habbo hasn't cared at all :S
Casinos aren't allowed on Habbo SG because gambling is illegal in Singapore, but I don't know why you got banned for it on UK :/

Was it a normal casino? Were you operating it normally?
It's not even a casino. It's a cross between Roulette and Credit Grabber, called Russain Color Roulette, and I havn't even opened it publicly. + The room name hasn't been changed or the room closed.
Oh, well I can only imagine they didn't like the idea of roulette in the title. I still say you'll easily get this overturned.

I know you'll see just how funny this is too :P A couple days of Habbo is probably good for me too.

You been banned allot in the past? I always thought if someone reported your room name, (and assuming Habbo didn't like it) that it was only a 2 hour ban.
Seems very over blown for a perm ban. I can understand that things such scam site running / advertising should = perm but a gambling themed room, thats unheard off.

I've been banned 2 30days for talking about hacking, but even with my past I wouldn't get this + Gambling isn't against habbo uk rules.

Surely you would just of had the actual room named changed to "unacceptable to hotel management" and furthermore if they banned you because of the game itself then how? they would need to of seen it being played or understand the rules if it was to be, as you said, an 'original' game then the only person who would have knowledge of the game would be you.

Already appealed, and nobody ever has heard of this reason, except on the .sg hotel. I'll probably stay banned though, because they'll look through logs and find SOMETHING so they don't look like complete asses.Quote:

as I've said, before about 100 times, Habbo go mad now, about bans and stuff, just keep to your story in your appeal don't change it at all, but most of all, don't try to be clever cos thats what I did and they didn't unban me so, yeah good luck.
