LAGGINGS PERM BAN AWSOME REASON

If they respond. Last time I was 30 day'd I got no response. I'd call them, but I'm from America, so...

My appeal:

First off, I'd like you to contact me at the email I just provided, and not the one I've registered with, because I only sometimes get emails from my original one.

Now, earlier today I recieved a ban for the reason, loosely translated into 'Owning a Casino'. Er, after LOL'ing for a few minutes, I read the ENTIRE FAQ on Habbo Uk. Nowhere, anywhere, is the word 'Casino' or 'Gamble'. Further more, 100's if not 1000's of people on UK and the other Hotels have casinos. They're not banned? Adding to my side, I don't even HAVE a casino. I have an original game that's a cross between Roulette and Credit Grabber, both of which have been used in the hotel before with no bans.

So, I asked my friends. Nobody has heard of this. I asked Habboxforum, same there. I used CFH, got 3 replied of 'Your issue has been dealt with.', and finally got a reply of 'Check the FAQ'. Checked. Nothing. How is owning a casino (I don't?) against the proper habbo way of owning a guest room.

I know you'll see just how funny this is too A couple days of Habbo is probably good for me too.

You been banned allot in the past? I always thought if someone reported your room name, (and assuming Habbo didn't like it) that it was only a 2 hour ban.

Seems very over blown for a perm ban. I can understand that things such scam site running / advertising should = perm but a gambling themed room, thats unheard off.

I've been banned 2 30days for talking about hacking, but even with my past I wouldn't get this + Gambling isn't against habbo uk rules.

Emma just said 0rca hasn't made 1 appeal in 2 weeks, and the backlog is huge, so I'll probably have to call Sulake from America, which is going to cost me loads.

Surely you would just of had the actual room named changed to "unacceptable to hotel management" and furthermore if they banned you because of the game itself then how? they would need to of seen it being played or understand the rules if it was to be, as you said, an 'original' game then the only person who would have knowledge of the game would be you.

Definate appeal needed here.
