Bought l4d2 yesterday in GAME since it was on sale, On the pc.
Got home, opened it up; no manual, no CD KEY.
And the clincher. NO ******* RECEIPT IN THE BAG. THIS **** IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I traded SSF4 in for it and another game. Will they be able to see I purchased it if I used my game rewards card? Or will I have to get them to check the ******* CCTV? I'm not going down lightly.
first just tell them the situation, as long as you have some proof you purchased it from there then they will most likely do something.
Please read: No receipt.Quote:

You're the guy in the right don't go wrong and remember always get a receipt!!
Yeah if you paid by card then this. Otherwise if you just explain what happened they'll probably be able to tell you're not lying.Quote:
