Bought l4d2 yesterday in GAME since it was on sale, On the pc.

Got home, opened it up; no manual, no CD KEY.

And the clincher. NO ******* RECEIPT IN THE BAG. THIS **** IS HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I traded SSF4 in for it and another game. Will they be able to see I purchased it if I used my game rewards card? Or will I have to get them to check the ******* CCTV? I'm not going down lightly.

first just tell them the situation, as long as you have some proof you purchased it from there then they will most likely do something.

What they did is poor, don't take no for an answer tbh, if its poor customer service then you need to nag. Tell them what happened and if they need proof say I was given no receipt and they should comply, just say give me the games back or get the stuff you need or a discount or voucher for the troubles. You're the guy in the right don't go wrong and remember always get a receipt!!
