My toenails come off many times. It kills doesn't it. No need really to go to the doctor. It could get infected - mine didn't. It just hurt wearing socks and shoes, just refrain from touching it. Put a plaster over it to fight infection. And just don't panic!
Glue it back on :') then report back to us.

I would go to the doctors and see what they say about it. because my uncles came off and it got infected and now hes missing his big toe..
