I'm sure there used to be a 'Food/Drink' section but I can't seem to find it? was it removed for some reason or was I just seeing things. I've also noticed there is a 'Favorite Food/Drink' profile field, why no forum?!
If there never has been such section, I think it would be quite a nice little forum to add.
There's a General Discussion forum that's gotta be used for something! Food/drink threads could easily go in there, don't see the need for a whole forum around it tbh :D
Not 100% on this so dont shoot me if I'm wrong, but I think there used to actually be one, but it got removed and all threads moved to discuss anything. :)
The food/drink forum and the animals forum both got merged into 'Discuss Anything'. Reasons for this were because the forums weren't getting as much action as they should do, so it seemed more fitting to merge them into a forum where you can discuss anything.

Anime and other types of entertainment only has 2 threads in. Surely these could be merged into discuss anything.

With it's one thread, I bet the anime section gets more posts a day than the sports and jokes sections do. Everyone seems to forget it's for 'other entertainment' as well, not just anime. People are free to post about books, board games, live shows, stand-up, plays, theme parks, attractions, days and nights out and much more. In truth, jokes and sports are also types of entertainment, so if anything they should be merged with the 'Anime and Other Entertainment' section and it should be made clear what can be posted there, because the things I have mentioned above often get muddled up in different sections of the forum. No offence, but it is true. People would not post in the anime thread unless they have a serious interest in it - otherwise they will just get constantly infracted and eventually banned. It isn't about how many people use a forum, it is the fact that there is ONE thread that is posted in for Anime, and two other threads in the past month or so about books - that to me does not warrant an entire forum.
If you would care to do a bit of searching you would find numerous threads on the topics I have mentioned above and you would see that most of the time they're posted in the wrong section, as I stated. Moderators, especially of Discuss Anything, need to look out for entertainment topics and move them accordingly. They haven't been doing that, which is why the other entertainmen section looks bare despite entertainment being quite widely discussed. People have little interest in sports on this forum these days, want to do away with that, too? The same goes for jokes. What about the old forum games section? Or debates that have ended? You can't post in them, why are they still around? What about elite alterations? No one has posted in there for nearly two weeks, that could just become a part of the main website.
