I think it looks pretty good, we will soon get used to it - and with the other Illumina stuff I think it'll look great!
Matches the other modernizations so I'm sure everyone will get over it, at leas the hotel will match... catalogue and navigator next!!
It will fit in with the UI update, but it doesn't quite now so it's understandable that a lot are saying it looks bad. However, I personally think it's alright.
I think I've seen a leak of this design before. It looks a bit boring IMO.

It looks aesthetically pleasing and certainly more modern than the current console but it also looks more complicated to use. :S

Looks nice, wonder how long 'till it will be in the hotel. This Illumina is better than everything Sulake have done in the past year tbh haha, much more appealing to the eye.
I really like it, think it looks great. The colours are nice and they haven't made it disgusting like most things. :P
I dunno.... I'm not usually the naysayer but I like the old version better. This one looks thrown together, and there's too much wasted space.
I'm not completely sure but I think I remember reading a staff member's tweet that hinted towards different styles of the chat, and you can pick whatever design you want to use. So this Illumina one wouldn't be compulsory if you don't wish to use it.

it is nice :) I really like illumina style, except the new call for help. It is confusing, categories are missing and it seems confusing with all the names down the side.
Does this mean IM has returned to .fi? I hope so; it means we won't have to wait so long for it ourselves.
