I'll never forget hiring you into the RV department when you were still on the DNHL, then actually getting you removed from the DNHL and re-hiring you.... now look at you!! haha :)

It happened in my first week as returning as assistant manager, so technically it was Elle and Dan that did it but Elle had just left. No one got blamed really, it was funny though!

I am always for such moves, as working in millions of departments shifts focus from focusing on a particular department and putting all effort there. Should never be managers with multiple management jobs.

I focused on all equally pity that everyone isn't like that. I don't need to focus on news more at all maybe if you were more active you'd have seen how much work I've put in but thanks all the same.

You do know you can put your claws back in that handbag. And yeh, if you think that you can never improve on yourself, then that's weak managementship. I always know and see how I can improve and stuff to become better etc. So do all great leaders in this world. You are not little Ms. Perfect, nor is anyone and don't exaggerate.

You basically said I should focus on news more and that i shouldn't manage two departments, you don't know how much I can do and i manage the jobs fine. I never claimed to be ms perfect but if you had been given assistant news manager it would be different. I handled two management jobs maybe some cant but i know I'm not one of them. why does it come back to me? This thread isn't about me and it's pretty low that you have to attack a person to try and win an argument. I disagree, nvrspk4 took multiple management jobs away for a reason. For a reason, so everyone can focus on a specific department and get it working as well as possible. You are lying if you are saying things can't improve at news. They can and that is the same for any other department.

I never said news can't improve. It is improving and me and Laura have many things in the works to ensure it does. I'm trying my best in news and really thats all you can ever ask for, correct? You began arguing by telling me I can focus on news now, if I wasnt focused I would have resigned. If youre a multiple manager why should or matter I managed the work load fine and I will continue to, I resigned because i was bored but still had focus there. At least I was active throughout my reign and will continue to be. I'll bring it back on you as much as i please you made a dig you're getting my comments back.

Sam's doing perfectly well in news, I think as 2 of her departments don't need constant attention, and she's very good at balancing. You wouldn't even know what News is doing atm so I really don't think you have a right to criticise her.

Or me for that matter, as you're basically saying we're rubbish and nothing's getting better.
