You basically said I should focus on news more and that i shouldn't manage two departments, you don't know how much I can do and i manage the jobs fine. I never claimed to be ms perfect but if you had been given assistant news manager it would be different. I handled two management jobs maybe some cant but i know I'm not one of them. I'm not arguing I'm stating facts and giving my opinion oh look I'm doing what you do in news.

I never said news can't improve. It is improving and me and Laura have many things in the works to ensure it does. I'm trying my best in news and really thats all you can ever ask for, correct? You began arguing by telling me I can focus on news now, if I wasnt focused I would have resigned. If youre a multiple manager why should or matter I managed the work load fine and I will continue to, I resigned because i was bored but still had focus there. At least I was active throughout my reign and will continue to be. I'll bring it back on you as much as i please you made a dig you're getting my comments back.

Sam's doing perfectly well in news, I think as 2 of her departments don't need constant attention, and she's very good at balancing. You wouldn't even know what News is doing atm so I really don't think you have a right to criticise her.
