Nothing major in terms of the inventory change. I don't mind it :P

I really don't like the inventory :P.
If they do change this I hope they change the rest of the features so that the designs at least match :P.
We are slowly moving closer to a Volter-free Habbo. The three main things that still need to be changed are the navigator, friends console and the catalogue.
The new inventory looks plain (stripped out the blue unfortunately), and oddly still uses Volter in the "Floor" "Wall" and "Pets" tabs.
Agreeing with @iBlueBox, some much needed features could be added while doing this reskin.
No major changes, don't really find anything overly important so yeah. Doesn't bother me either way tbh, why can't they just bring out the whole Illumina skin/theme at once instead of bit by bit?

I was never a fan of the blue inventory, and the blue popup boxes, etc, so I think the new inventory looks nice :D.

Habbo Club should be where you get a different gift each month that actually has some value, not this abominable system where you get to choose what gift you will receive - and in the process, destroying any value the new gifts may of had! I don't know what bizarre world the people at Sulake are living in, and I have no idea what fantastic idea they will pull out of the hat next, probably another disappointment - as usual. They have been making their mistakes and it's costing them dearly. Unfortunately, they will never learn - they never have, and they never will. They are too interested in thinking up ways to make as much money from you, while requiring as little effort as possible.
I for one am sick of this! If Volter goes, I will seriously consider going with it.

The old 'big hand' is a very classic and appealing item to older members, but it's simply impractical. Only being able to view 9 different items per page was a pain and never separated furniture into different categories. Trying to add a search function to the hand would also have been even more irritating.
The hand is more visually appealing, but much less practical - I'm sure someone like @Plebings; (as a guess) was against any return of it as well.
Oh, as for the first picture, meh looks a tad nicer than the one at the moment.
Don't really dislike it or like it. No big deal :P.
WAS JUST THINKING THIS. Shame you can't have like "chests" in your inventory to store certain types of furni, or even a sort option to sort by certain categories. Search is a biggie though.Quote:

As far as I'm aware, that is not the final iteration of the inventory and will not implemented into live hotels in that fashion. Please remember the sandbox hotel is not for peaking at upcoming Habbo features, and is actually for creating games to be used in the game center.
For those requesting the hand, it is important to note how impractical that thing was. You could only see 9 items at a time, and items did not stack. Imagine you had over 1,000 pieces of Habbo furniture, and the one you wanted was right at the end of the hand. You would have to click the '>>' arrow over 100 times in order to reach that piece of furniture; it is not a good idea.
I am not sure if there is a search feature planned, I do know that they plan to allow you to extend the inventory, so you can see more items at one time.
Fine, but they still could have at least kept it for the chat bubbles in rooms, or maybe on the stickies as a lasting reminder of how great Habbo was and just changed everything else. :PQuote:

Wouldn't it make sense to have an in-game option between choosing the different fonts, consoles and inventory box?
If Habbo stayed the same as it was when we started playing it would look INCREDIBLY outdated by now. The reason they're bringing things in slowly is so people don't like this sudden *massive* change and are just changing one bit at a time. Makes sense to me...

I have the same problem, my inventory consumes the whole of the window and I can't scroll up or down. It is also impossible to close the window without refreshing the client. You would think they would test these features out, as per usual Habbo fails to impress.Quote:

Personally, I thought that the alternative design from Puhekupla was well thought out. It had a larger area, a search bar, a third icon to show if something is tradable within the marketplace, and it was still fitting in with the general design of the game with the colour schemes and the graphics used.
So why had this better idea not been brought to the developers attention? The new Inventory window just looks rather plain, bland and unimaginative - and doesn't actually bring any extra functionality to it either!
What a non-update!
uh, it's amazing but we need search features and be able to categorize furni :-(
