I was never a fan of the blue inventory, and the blue popup boxes, etc, so I think the new inventory looks nice .

    Not online very often

I second that! The hand was classic, unique and is a much more 'Habbo-esque' feature than this 'Illuminati' thing will ever be!

I know! :@ WTF Sulake! Seriously?

Answer me this - What the hell do they think they are trying to achieve by getting rid of everything that made Habbo, Habbo! It is a disgrace. Not long ago, Habbo had what we called character, it had charm - IT HAD. It used to have a thriving community, friendly staff, and actually resembled a hotel on the web. The most popular rooms were hangouts and mazes - not boosting rooms and 'auto' games.

When they claimed they would 'bring back old Habbo', I actually believed they had FINALLY seen the light after Paul was ousted, and that they would try to reverse this ongoing madness at long last! But oh no, it was just another meagre appeasement, with love from Finland. Frankly, Im fed up of seeing all the classic features being removed. Where are our public rooms Sulake? What have you done with our yellow console Habbo? I miss the classical yellow and blue homepage, with the articles - It was all inherently Habbo!

When they announced the comeback of HC, I knew I was in for a disappointment - oh how right I was. It somehow feels like they just slapped a great big HC sticker over a VIP label. Habbo Club should be where you get a different gift each month that actually has some value, not this abominable system where you get to choose what gift you will receive - and in the process, destroying any value the new gifts may of had! I don't know what bizarre world the people at Sulake are living in, and I have no idea what fantastic idea they will pull out of the hat next, probably another disappointment - as usual. They have been making their mistakes and it's costing them dearly. Unfortunately, they will never learn - they never have, and they never will. They are too interested in thinking up ways to make as much money from you, while requiring as little effort as possible.

I for one am sick of this! If Volter goes, I will seriously consider going with it.

This is not the Habbo I signed up to in 2005 - I'm standing by my guns!

The old 'big hand' is a very classic and appealing item to older members, but it's simply impractical. Only being able to view 9 different items per page was a pain and never separated furniture into different categories. Trying to add a search function to the hand would also have been even more irritating.

The hand is more visually appealing, but much less practical - I'm sure someone like @Plebings; (as a guess) was against any return of it as well.

Oh, as for the first picture, meh looks a tad nicer than the one at the moment.

WAS JUST THINKING THIS. Shame you can't have like "chests" in your inventory to store certain types of furni, or even a sort option to sort by certain categories. Search is a biggie though.

    The reason they switched fonts:

During late 2010 it became clear that, as displays become ever-higher in resolution, a single-size pixel typeface would no longer be able to serve Habbo Hotel in all situations. Despite the love we (and some of our users, image from fansite Puhekupla) have for Volter, and the unique history it has with Habbo Hotel, we needed a new scalable font that would be legible on different display devices and resolutions. We also wanted to have the possibility to use text in different sizes for proper typographic contrast and hierarchy. After looking at different options we picked Ubuntu Font Family - a high quality open source outline font optimized for screen typography. It's highly legible on small sizes but scales up easily to headline sizes as well. And it’s freely available from Google Web Fonts.

Not very fond about inventory.. but sure I guess we'll get used to it when it comes around.
Search Varnius for Habbo's Official Trading Room.
