I've been with microsoft for some time now but after watching their latest announcement I'm really not impressed. Only decent thing is voice activation & skype. Looks like I may be jumping on the sony boat.
Thoughts?

Always sticking within Sony :P
xbox one:)
I'm torn between the two. I don't know much about the PS4 so I need to look into that a bit more.
not looked at either :L
i only played ps games when i used to play them so probs ps4 ;)
Xbox One. I don't buy used games so I don't care about the current controversy surrounding that, all that means is that I'll have to cancel my Lovefilm which I don't really mind considering most of the games I rent can be bought brand new for peanuts. New controllers looks great, Kinect looks like it may actually be useful this time around and a Blu Ray drive means I don't need to buy a second hand PS3 like I had planned.
Too early for me to decide at the moment. I'm swayed towards the PS4 at the moment but I'll wait until I've seen more at E3 before making a final decision.
sony is winning the race for my money atm
I'm on the Xbox side at the moment but that might change depending what we can see at E3 from Microsoft and Sony.
I've stuck with Sony and Nintendo for this long - I don't see a reason for switching. I've had a PS1, PS2 and PS3 as my main gamer consoles and I want to continue the trend and get my hands on a PS4. :)
I actually own the name PS4 too :P
I'm with Xbox at the moment, but of course we need to see what will come next, and the price is a big factor I guess.
At the moment, PS4. However, there could easily be horrible announcements at E3 which changes my mind.
No poll? 100% Buying a PS4.
Nothing that M$ announced interested me and flaws like Borrowing mates games, having to be online to activate a game, Kinect etc. And the fact that i hate Halo, CoD, Fifa and Forza doesn't help would have prefered to see what new franchises they had but nothing.
Sony has Naughtydog and thats 50% of my decision made right there. I don't care about price but i hope we find out at E3 as i need to start saving up.
Well I am going travelling at the end of this year, so won't be buying either until August 2014. This is excellent, as it gives my friends time to buy one, making the decision easier.
The price means a lot to me, and the games available. Also the gap between call of duty dlc release dates.
Xbox for me.
Probably sticking with Sony, so deffo PS4 is doing it for me atm.
I personally choose PS4

Ive also had ps1 2 and 3today my xbox fanatic friend who yesterday went ON AND ON AND ON about how good xbox one looks has decided to get ps4 because of second hand game problem and playing at friends problem
I do think people are judging the Xbox One too fast on this whole 'Second hand game' issue. It sounds bad now, but we don't know the full details. Not that I'm worried for Xbox, because they'll release more details before the PS4 comes out anyway :P
And you can play the game at a friends for no cost, it's just if you want to leave your game there :P
PS4 FTW :)
Yeah I agree with what you are saying. Wait until all the information is out and then make a decision - Well in regards of the used games business. I know it won't bother me much as I hardly ever buy used games and the only times I remember buying used games ever was for the PlayStation 2.
I've never bought a used game so it doesn't bother me. The only thing that concerns me, is if I buy a game, then I would fully expect my brothers, on their live accounts, be able to play it for free on my console in our house. Seems like that isn't the case at the moment...
i've never liked the playstations since the playstation 2. i've been with xbox ever since and will probably be sticking to it. xbox live >
I must say I too wasn't very impressed by the Xbox One reveal, and I can't see PS4 impressing me either. If I do go with any however it will probably be the Xbox, i'm loyal like that
>PC IS MASTER RACE
Never really liked playstation after PS2.
I guess I'm an xbox gal now so I'll say the Xbox one ;3
$599 for the Xbox One. I'll keep my money for a while.
They have E3 to change my mind.
Zavvi had the Xbox One up for £400 - but there is the price promise thing, so I guess it means £400 is the MAXIMUM it will cost.

"Release Date and Price yet to be confirmed by Microsoft"
They also list the PS4 at the same price:

So I would take the prices with a pinch of salt until it's either A) Been announced or B) More retailers put prices up I guess.
XBOX ONE looks far better to be honest...
