Far too long.... Mine took over a month.

it really honestly depends. try getting a friend to message powertoo. whats your account name, i could try get her to look @Wyked? my friend got unpermed within two days she got really lucky and it was because someone messaged powertoo.

Depends on what the situation is about as well, could be a few days.. then again it could be weeks/months. They're horrific at replying. :(
They dealed with 2 of my problems in the space of 3days
I think it depends on the category, maybe. Some of mine are dealt with within a few days/one week. Others.. can take multiple weeks before being sorted.

i always put mine under like problem with credits category lol that's obviously their priority problems with purchasing credits
