it really honestly depends. try getting a friend to message powertoo. whats your account name, i could try get her to look @Wyked? my friend got unpermed within two days she got really lucky and it was because someone messaged powertoo.

Depends on what the situation is about as well, could be a few days.. then again it could be weeks/months. They're horrific at replying.

I think it depends on the category, maybe. Some of mine are dealt with within a few days/one week. Others.. can take multiple weeks before being sorted.
