are you academic or more practical?
I'm not really academic and I think I would've much preferred to gone down a more practical route but for what I want to do I have to at least try to be academic :(

Maybe a bit of both. Used to be more academic.

I'm more practical, I'd say. I learn better/enjoy it more when I'm actually doing something.

Practical. My (lack of) qualifications are shit.
I'd say practical I preferred something being shown to me before I do it so I can try by myself. I learn more that way!
