are you academic or more practical?
I'm not really academic and I think I would've much preferred to gone down a more practical route but for what I want to do I have to at least try to be academic

I'm more practical, I'd say. I learn better/enjoy it more when I'm actually doing something.

even though i always complain about writing essays and exams i do love doing them on topics i love and it shows in my grades!!
