Whats a flail? How much they worth? Can someone take a pic please.

Can't really give you much info but it's a Barrows weapon, Veracs Flail I think and needs 70 atk and str to wield.

I don't got a pick but the flail is that stick with a chain and a ball at the end of the chain. Or am I totally wrong now?
