Im level 61 RC and wanting level 70.

I can either

-Do nats via the abbys

Or

-RC Nats using duleing rings

What would be faster xp?

I dont care about the money.

I'd say Abyss, not sure though as i only use the alter in Karamaja (I'd get pwnt in their)

Nats...If you take an air staff and a law rune, it's near impossible to get PKed near the abyss...

If you don't care about the money, calculate how many rune essences you need to get to lvl 70 when you craft laws.
Go to world 66 and make laws, then give laws away.
It's a waste of laws but very fast xp and you said you didn't care about the money.

That's actually not that true...When you craft laws in world 66, you can't use pouches...therefore can only craft 25ish at a time.
Using a small, medium and large pouch, you can craft 43 at a time, so it works out at around the same time.
I used world 66 and it took me 59 minutes to make 1k laws, using the abyss, it takes me just over an hour to make 1k nats (or laws, if you want more exp)
So world 66 is only a few minutes faster, but it's a waste of money...
