Ok i have 10.5m to spend on the best armour and weapon i can afford (obvously it cant be perfect eg.blue phat dragon chain dragon legs rune boots whip d sq and fire cape)but i can probaly afford something decent so what should i buy and why +rep to good idea and the chosen atire
also ill probaly being playing cw or just walking around and skilling

If you're going to play cw you should buy full torags (no hammers), whip and if possible a d square. It'll cost you about 6.5m.
You get great defences from torag and d square, which comes in handy during cw as you can't use a set.
Also buy full ahrims for 1.9-2m. It looks cool and owns.
You can use the remaining 2m on runes to own at cw, specially if you have ancient.

Ye, spend some on other stuff.
You could always try out different barrows sets and see which you like.

Iv had torags it was pretty good
Iv had dharoks dunno if it was any good didnt have it long enough
and iv had ahrims ahrims was o...k
i cant wear karils
but dunno if veracs is any good might buy guthans skirt and body and then buy a beserker and a whip and a obby set and rune boots and keep a dragon battle axe with me to use it`s special hmm does that sound any good

Getfull ahrims, put ancients on take dds with and go wildy, use ice att lol not exactly great idea but ok if you get gd drops =)

serious part:
I like Charles idea, not to expensive, but good. Boots, I suggest rune, and glory ammy for your necklace, and possibly a ring of life/wealth. for a helm just use some fun headwear, like an eyepatch or highwayman mask
