Annoying clue

Ok i need questions answering for a level 3 clue...
What quest for a rune war hammer
What lvl for fishing guild

fishing guild is lvl 68, but does the clue say in front of the entrance ?
coz if its in front, you dont need the lvl to go in

68 to get in, 63 with admiral pie or 65 with fishing pot.

Umm, the quest for you to be able to wield claws is Troll stronghold I believe.
To get rune claws you will need to buy off other players or make yourself, goodluck!

You don't have to do a quest for a rune hammer I think, it's hard to get one from a player though.

rune claws are going to set you back a fair bit, they will probably be very difficult to buy from other players, as i havent seen that many around.

a friend with very high smithing would be better. and you have to do certain quests to make / wield claws, though i cannot remember for the life of me which one it is.

i dont think its troll stronghold as someone mentioned, i might be wrong though so dont take my word for it

That's odd, the clue I know says you need a rune warhammer at the fishing guild bank. =/
