    You need somebody to help you, remember the shield of arrav quest where you had to join a gang and somebody else had to join the other gang? Now you need a person that joined the opposite gang you joined.
    Then you both have to do some stuff, but it's all explained on the fansite's, there is a sticked thread with usefull links on this forum.
