But you need to do Biohazard and Plague city first

The staff won't last for ever though, you'll have to re-enchant it when it isn't loaded anymore, something like that, so you'll have to walk all the way back to the fountain or well, or what ever you have to throw that puppet in at the end, and bless the staff again.

you only go half way to charge it not that far but it does get a bit annoying having to charge it.
