NEED HELP!!

I just purchased verac's set with out weapon and i want to know what to buy:

A Whip, Verac's Flail, Dharok's great axe or another suggestion from you

Depends what youre going to do with it.

Whip is fast and handy to kill but you can't train strength.
Flail is good because it hits trough prayer as you have full set then.
Axe is expensive but good, not very effective without full set though.

I think you should buy flail.

i would go for flail then u will have full set
