Combat.

Attack: 45/60
Defence: 41/60
Strength: 42/60
HP: 45/60

Combat level: 51/70

Other levels.

WoodCutting: 36/60
Crafting: 10/40
Construction: 12/35
magic: 45/60
Range: 22/40

Cash and items.

Cash: 500k

Items: dlong, gmaul, full rune, cannon.

Quests.

Dragon slayer, lost city

dragon slayer is long but easy do that when your 55-60

good luck acheaving your goals

You'd be able to do Dragon Slayer now, It will get you a few combat levels so will get you started towards lvl 60. Lost city is easy but if you do struggle, you can range/mage from behind mushrooms there.
Quick and cheapest (Would make money) way to do crafting would be flax. Buy at 80-100 each and sell string for 150-200 each.
Woodcut do willows all the way to 60, draynor is quickest place probly.
