It started out as a little party dress that was rather simple, but then I thought, "Hey, this would rock if it were for valentines day!" So I changed the colors, mzade it a bit flowy and added a rose in her hair. I thought that Scarlet would be an appropriate model for this dress because she is especially thin and I made the dress a very teeny size. Teehee. :rolleyes:
