When do you give rep?? And why??

I give rep when I see a really cool alteration or animation or when somebody helped me or did something cool or great.
I also give bad rep to scammers, alt stealers, people who ask for rep, people who are rude and spammers.

So when do you give rep???

no i don't i check my cp regualy and if they have repped me and did not say rep me back i will rep them ( phew )
