I'm pretty sure this is a glitch. However, I think it's unfair we're not able to rep people on a caution. They're on a caution as a punishment, giving them immunity from negative reputation benefits them.

When somebody is cautioned their rep is dissabled, they can't give rep, they can't get rep. I don't think it's possible to have only bad rep enabled, so they won't get any rep at all.

The blocks don't disappear, and I'm not saying to just enable negative reputation but any form of reputation.

Not getting positive rep is part of the punishment and fortunatly for the cautioned one, negative rep aswell.

I think they should be able to receive reputation, as if their behaviour is so bad they need to be on the caution - then it's doubtful people will positive rep their posts. However, it's likely they'll want to negative rep them. Anyway, I don't think it was removed intetionally.

I don't think a caution will make people want to bad rep them, if they bad rep people for being cautioned they can report it and it'll get removed.
People who are cautioned are likeley to be nice(r) so they don't get a temporary ban, so it would mean there's a bigger chance of getting good rep.

By being cautioned you have all your luxuries taking away basically. Such as the right to send PM's and receive/give out reputation. As the whole feature of reputation is simply removed, this includes receiving it whether it be negative or positive.
