Just got this level 3 clue:

Salute in the banana plantation.
Beware of double agents!
Equip a ring, amulet of power and nothing on your chest and legs.

Where is this banana plantation, and what are the agents?

Oh, and where can i get a sextant watch etc?

Banan plantation is on karamja, you don't need the watch and stuff for this clue and the agents come when you salute with the right stuff equiped. (They're 108 so use prayer) You can change gear after they attack so bring some stuff with you.

Not sure how hard they hit, I always use prayer. Get 43 :p

They can hit the in teens like sara wizards can, with food they ent too hard.

you may need a sextant and watch etc if a part of the clue has a co-ordinates thing.

you need to talk to the professor at the observatory, he will tell you how to get the stuff

sextant - talk to murphy at port khazard

watch - go to the clock tower n talk to the monk or whatever NPC it is

btw, a quick way to get to the observatory unless you are near there is to use a ring of dueling to go to castle wars then walk a little bit north
