My Reputaion has one Sorta Wierd.

ive had a few more GOOD rep's and i think one bad.
But my rep hasn't changed. Its Still 18. Wierd. =S

And click sclaes to give reputation

I think you probably mean a black one.

I'm not certain, but I think these are when people that have no rep points, or only bad rep points try to give you bad rep, something like that anyway

Gray rep means that somebody tried giving you rep but they didnt have any themselves

If you have a grey box you got bad or good rep from somebody but it doesn't ad any points to your total rep because the person who gave you rep, doesn't have any rep.
If you didn't get any grey boxes but only green ones and one red box and you are still on 18, you probably got some +1 rep points from people, but -3 or maybe even -4 rep points from somebody with lots of rep and a high rep power.
