Bandos legs&plate or dragonfire shield?

Dragon Fire Shield please, gives more strength bonus than the bandos put together if I'm correct.

Shield gives 7
Armour gives 6

Cant remember str bonus from bandos legs.. but plate is 4 str.

Well get the armour, and get a rune defender or something of equivalent strength bonus? Then you have the best possible bonus
