Can I get a refund?

I bought a game download online through Visa but received no order confirmation and as such thought the transaction has not gone through.

I then bought the game through paypal and it worked, but when I checked my emails I have been charged with both transactions, Visa and Paypal.

I have opened a dispute through the "middle man" transaction, but what is the likelihood I'll get a refund on the PayPal transaction?

This, just make sure you can show your paypal & visa statements to them and i would be pretty sure that they will see that it was a mistake and refund you.
