This is all well, until it comes to installing this.
I think the Rep Power mod is a standard mod you can install on vBulletin so to install a completely new mod would take quite a while i would think.
Well i dunno about this forum stuff but would it be worth it in the long run?

Some of the rewards wouldn't be possible but there are some good points to it. Although personally i'am happy with the reputation system.

Didn't read the thread but I'm not for the star system. It's called "reputation" for a reason.

Hmm, I don't really like the idea, this only causes more troubles, because with the reputation system you can't rep somebody twice in a row, or soon after you repped some other people.
Your proposal doesn't only encourage to spam but also many people will just post in every possible thread and don't look back at it but just to avoid spamming they post something.
It was a good idea, but undoable.

There is a star system on some mybboard forums.
Well there was in the previous version of mybb that I admined/owned.
It didnt have the rewards or different level stars just stars for posts and position. The idea is alright. But I think it's good how it is now

Just use it instead of the user ranks they have now so much easier. I like the prize thing tho .
