Err, I didn't say there was not such thing as a metabolism..I said theres no such thing as a low/high metabolism. I also didn't say it was impossible to loose weight without exercising I said, "the only reliable way to loose weight is to exercise and go to the gym" if someone goes to the gym often to burn it off 9/10 times it will work, therefore its reliable. I read this book about loosing weight, kinda like those mind ones to help quit smoking. It makes a lot of sense. And yes it's your mind which controls what your body eats, so you've got to train your mind.
I've never had a weight issue so I wouldnt know how to diet. I've been brought up in an environment where my mum makes me eat healthy foods (which I don;t mind) and I've got an interest in sport from my dad, which I do regulary. So, if people don't beleive what I preach then fair enough, I don't really care.
