To get there:

Go to karamja, go to the volcano in the jungle follow the path untill you get to a pushable wall go through, follow the path again untill u come to a climbing rope, go up, follow the path round and come to the moss giants.

Simple.

You only have to start it and do it till a part, you don't have to finish it, so don't worry about the xp you get for your staker.

Also over here, there is a respawn of a piece of cake also. And you need like 15-ish agility.
