As nobody has posted the cannonball method I will:

Cannonballs can be very good to make some good cash, but don't expect it to be fast.
What you need is at least 600k and you must have done dwarf cannon to be bale to get the cannonball mould. Go to a non-member world and buy steal bars for 600gp each, or even less in some cases, but 600ea will give you plenty of sellers. Now go back to the members wolrd and make 4k cannonballs of your 1k steel bars. You can now sell 3k cannonballs for 200gp each to make back your 600k and keep the other 1k balls or sell them all and make 200k profit.
So if you make 20k cannonballs out of 5k steelbar (4 balls per bar) you make a profit of 1mil.
But as I said, it goes slow. Good luck.

Rune merchanting:
All you got to do is family feud, then do the side quest and have Ali M. stock runes. Make him stock blood runes, nature runes, and death. To do this do the large casket puzzle. Then talk to him and buy ALL the natures, bloods, and deaths. Switch worlds and repeat.

500k, Gets you either:
2.2k Deaths / 666k Slower
1k Bloods / 600k Fast
2.2k Nats / 666k Slowest
1.1k Deaths/ Nats mixed And 500 Bloods / 630k Fastest
OR

1M Gets you either:
4.4k Nats / Deaths / 1.33M Slow
2k Bloods / 1.2M Medium
2.2k Deaths/ Nats mixed And 1k Bloods / 1.26M Fast

Lobster Merchanting
Buy cooked lobsters for 200 each and sell for 250-300 each(PKers in edge)
Buy raw lobsters for 250 each and sell for 310 Each
Make sure you buy the right type of lobby.

500k
2.5k Cooked / 625k-750k
2k Raw/ 600k-620k

1M
5k Cooked / 1.25M-1.5M
4k Raw/ 1.2M- 1.24M

Dragon Scales
Gather them in tav dungeon, Lvl 70+ agility is recommended but is not needed (I use my bros account newdtywar ). This thing are as hard as hell to sell. They sell for 750 each and people only want they are leveling or their clan is going for KBD trip. Bring teleport to fally runes

1 Hour a day ( -.- you suck)
Low agility no runes 1 trip every 10 minutes = 112k a day
Low agility W/ runes 1 trip every 6 mins = 187k a day
High agility no runes 1 trip every 3 mins = 375k a day
High agility W/ runes 1 trip every 2 mins = 562k a day

2 Hours a day
Low agility no runes 1 trip every 10 mins = 224k a day
Low agility W/ runes 1 trip every 6 mins = 374k a day
High agility no runes 1 trip every 3 mins = 750k a day
High ahility W/ runes 1 trip every 3 mins = 1.1M a day(D chain in a month)

Buy yew logs for 300 each. Then buy flax/ BS and make yew longs (s).
sell those to alchers for 600 each and viola.

Kill Black dragons, get their hide, make armor!
(use crystal bow)

1 Hour
10 Dragons killed an hour/ 1-2 sets an hour/ 80k-160k a day
90 Range / 25 dragons killed an hour / 2-3 sets an hour / 160k-240k

2 Hours
20 dragons killed/ 2-4 sets an hour/ 160k-320k a day
90 range / 50 dragons killed an hour / 4-6 sets / 320k-480k


And my personal favorite

91+ Rune crafting Nat tallisman and 20 ess to start with

Go to world 71 nature altar and make a thread saying that you will craft people's essence and give them 40 nat runes if they bring 25. you get 10 nats profit per every run any one does.

1 Hour
4 runners every minute / 12k a minute / 720k a day

2 hours
twice the runners / twice the profit / 1.4m a day

The Ali M. method is very slow, Ezzie's water method is faster (you can also buy 250 laws at that shop starting at 240gp)
Nobody here (maybe 1 or 2) has 85+ crafting or 91+ runecrafting.
You already said the dragon scale one isn't working very well because not many people buy them.
The fletching one is good but I think it has been posted, not sure. :s
