Aw bbz Its not your fault. Maybe [if you believe in god] he died before anything got worse to spare you suffering too. Imagine if he didn't get put down, yea you wouldn't have the heartache but your dog would be in pain and it'd be upsetting constantly picking him up etc..

Putting him down is the best and most pleasant thing to of done if he was suffering. We've had to do the same and I was really close to my dog.

I know this is bad and from what your saying, you know that yourself. Sure any of us can 'just say' you should go to the gym and go jogging but planning this from the situation your in atm will seem diffcult to acomplish "/
I think partly, its down to a phsycological factor, being mentally fit to start exercising will be the time for you to do so, you can't expect to just wake up one day and force yourself to exercise, if anything this will cause stress and you'll find it harder to exercise nor do anything.
When exercising you need to enjoy it otherwise you won't last long, its like anything, if you can't be asked to do it then you'll find it a chore to acheive.

For a start I think you should definatley tell your doctor, atleast then they'll get you on a steady diet and take you through steps of progression whilst doing so... Then you'll gain fitness and enjoy a healthier life

Keeping this sort of thing on your mind, i'm sure is causing you alot of stress which soon could make you feel depressed and we don't want to fall in that hole. But defo, make an appointment with your doc and they'll help you.

    Goodluck mate!

Don't worry about what others think, do what your heart desires. Just don't go to far, and you will rise above others, I'm sure you will. Maybe not today, nor tomorrow, but someday. Good luck.

I was getting fat a few years ago, which I didn't like. Originally I thought of excersise as "pah, can't be bothered with that, I can't be arsed to run for ages." but I figured that there's more forms of excersise than running. I started playing basketball, and cut all the crap out of my diet. I stopped eating crisps and ate only at mealtimes. In the end, I was pleased with the result.

I haven't tried inducing vomit to lose weight, and don't know what it's like, but if it's automatic, and you can't stop yourself, you should seek medical advice. It would just be between you and your medical advisor, your parents wouldn't need to know unless the case was drastic.

Hope my advice was helpful, but I'm crap at giving advice, it's probably confusing or unhelpful.

Good luck, hope everything turns out fine.

Thanks for all the advice everyone, it's appreciated. I'll try and rep you all or whatever. I asked Mum about joining a gym, and she said she'll come with me once a week, so that should help.
