Default Dunno if this is the right place...

A few weeks ago I decided to end it all. Heh, it had happened for years, well, ever since I started junior school. I had kind of gotten used to it, but it still did my nut in sometimes. This "it" was being fat, and being teased about it. I'd tried so many things. For a start, I tried ignoring it, but that didn't work. I tried a normal diet, but I couldn't stick to it, nor could I stick to my attempt to starve myself. That's when it happened. My dog died. I felt awful, he had grown to be a great friend to me, and after spending my whole life with him there, it suddenly kicked in, he was gone. I read about someone using this weight-loss method, and I thought I might as well give it a go, seeing as I was up for anything with it. At the time I didn't see what could so wrong about being bulimic. That night I started it. I wasn't gonna be full on binge eating and laxatives and ****, so I decided on something else. I ate my meal as normal, then "went to the loo" when I'd done. I put my index and middle finger down my throat, and there it was staring me in the face, just as it had been on the plate. I'd thrown up in the sink. This was just the start of it though. At first I'd do it every so often, but it got worse and worse, and it seemed natural for me to go to the toilet everytime I'd eaten, and throw it all back up. I'm still doing it now, but it's getting out of control. Actually eating anything nowadays makes me feel sick anyway. My brain is telling me it's the right thing, but my body is telling me I'm harming it. Sure, I've lost a fair bit of weight, but I don't know if I can carry on holding it in.

Making your self throw up to try and loose weight is 100% not the way to do it and you must stop doing that until you cause yourself serious health problems. If your concerned about your weight try going on a diet, going out for runs or joining a gym but please stop forcing yourself to throw up.

Jord your not fat Does your gf know that you throw up? Join a gym. Wha t you should do it try and eat healthy but have 10 sins a week. For expample a bag of crisps = 2 sins. A square of chocolte = 1 sin. That way your eating helathy but giving yourself the odd treat to go by, Did you no when you throw up it brings up stomach acid which makes your teeth go yellow and they decay badly. If you get bullied do what i said to do to jaz.. Just turn around and say So? They can't say anything to that and it makes it seem as if your not bothered trust me it works. Pm me if you need any more help okay and good luck

My girlfriend doesn't know, she already freaked out enough when she knew I cut myself. I've only told my best friend.

Do you cut yourself because of the bullying?

You won't lose any weight at all throwing up and a lot of it comes out anyway when you go to the toilet lol. If you're really bothered about it try going to the gym and jogging/cycling each day. It really does work.

I dunno, if anything bad happens I do it, it makes me feel better. But when my dog died I just went crazy at my wrists and they were just a big blood-y mess.

I know what its like with self harming etc.. how did your dog die? And about your weight problem, try what i said it realyl does work especially if you do excerise as well. When i thought i was gettin fat i did like 50 sit ups in the morning and before i went to bed i also did excersises on my gym ball. It really helps if you haven't got one you should get one
