    Dude just eat nuts if you wanna put weight on check the nutritional values on the back of the packet.

    5 a day is eating 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Yeah breakfast lunch and dinner maybe with small snacks in between. Dont cut out fat foods all together as its part of the 7 different balanced diet options.

    Why should i not eat nuts? does it put weight on? I lke bananas and mangos, are they good for you, and should i drink juice like, mango,orange,pinapple? and should i drink vimto/robinsons orange coridal, and ribena?

    Lets get one thing straight, no matter how healthily you eat if you dont burn off energy with excersise you wont loose weight. Too stay fit and healthy you have to eat healthily and excersise daily. Not one or the other, both!

    Nuts are very high in fat and calories.

    That's true ^

    Also, eating grapefruits burns the fat, but you can't just eat one and think "yep, fat is burning now", you must have atleast one everyday.
