YES. Getting good definition and a washboard stomach is not only down to hard work outs and lots of cardio activity/sport but also what you eat in the kitchen. Don't expect to get a six pack if you eat chocolate everyday and visit Burger King twice a week.

if you think about it, what you eat is going to affect how you excersize anyway, as you will need the energy from the food, in order to work out?

Whether or not you get muscular from eating fatty foods and doing lots of exersize, Healthy foods are still really important to get the nutrients and stuff that your body needs.

What do you mean by that though? Why shouldn't you expect to get a 6-pack?

With me, I really can eat what I want and I really won't get fat. I seriously mean that. Tonight I had a McDonalds Quarterpounder meal for dinner, the night before I had a Burger meal from a kebab shop while I was out in town. During the day I drink coke, about a litre a day - today I drunk slightly more than that coz of my McDonalds.

I seriously do not get fat.

So if I don't get fat, would my diet still stop me getting a 6-pack? What I mean is, are there other affects of a bad diet other than fat that would stop me getting a 6-pack? I mean, I have one but it doesn't show unless I tense.

Regardless of whether you gain weight through having a bad diet, you still shouldn't take it as a knock on the chin and carry on eating unhealthily. You obviously have a fast metabolism, but it will slow down. To answer your question more specifically, yes it will stop you getting a six pack; other affects of a bad diet are not limited to being overweight but also effecting you internally to a great degree.

Myself I think I'm a very unhealthy eater. Only recently did I start eating fruit daily, and even now I only eat at most a peice a day.

However, I'm not fat, I exercise and play Badminton for Bedfordshire. Although I constantly eat fatty foods.

I know I won't have this body feature for enturnity, but I'm using it while I can. I'm glad with my diet and I won't let it stop me eating the foods I enjoy eating. To be fit, you don't nessecarily have to eat healthily. Eating unheathily won't make you fat either, it depends on the amount of exercise you take part in weekly. You can still be a sports professional if you eat like a pig.

On the other hand, eating unheathily will make you bigger if you don't do enough exercise, it will also give you problems later in life. For instance, the most common is Heart Problems.

I don't want to die through a Heart Attack, so I'm adapting into a new diet slowly. And eating more fruit and vegies gradually.
