Go to www.imageshack.us and click on the browse button. Chose your picture and click ok and click on upload. After a few seconds (depends on the size of the picture) there will come a new page with the link. There are several links. You should chose the one with [IMG] in it. Or just chose the smallest link but when you posts it post it like this: [IMG]*your link*[/IMG]
So just put your link between [IMG] and [/IMG]
