You'll need to chop some logs, the normal ones. Go to the sawmill N.E of varrock I think, and get him to change them into planks
start clicking on stuff in building mode, and alas, there you go!

OR if you are really short on money, you can pick normal planks up, from 3 places. The wilderniss, entrana (near the firebird, North) and at Port Khazar? (the Port south of Ardounge)

k this is what got me from 1-57 for only 600k.

from lvl 1-22 do crude chairs in the parlour
from lvl 22-31 do oak dining tables
from lvl 31- 33 do carved oak tables
and from lvl 33-60 do oak larders in the kitchen

just build one the remove it build then remove if u have a butler get him to run planks from ur bank to ur house for u
