You can wait for my analoge a little longer!

Cons:
Saved as a poor file type, making it look even worse.
The banner has no border.
The banner has nothing to do with habbo.
Blue and Green are horrible.
The headers for the boxes are too big, and so it then text.
All of the text is way too big and ugly.
There is no boundaries.

Pros:
You have a nice structer, just ruinted by the cons above.
These some nice ideas, just poorly executed.

Help:
Try looking at an exsisting site, take a screenshot, and use some of the colours, as if they are on a good site, they will constrast well together.

Remember:
Dont make it too big and ugly.
Use colours that compliment each other.
Less is more

I like the stucture, but the fonts are wrong, the background of the banner is wrong, and the colours are wrong. And you can't spell "copywrighted". Any way it's ok.

just needs abit more shading and colours, on paint double click the colour tray and prt screen type of colours you like ie blues that way you have alot to choose from
