nice try but it isnt very good. FOnts are wrong, writing too big, the habbo on the banner is stretched to much horizontaly and not enough color

err..the colours are a bit dark and plain and the bloke on the banners a bit wide and if you're going to be using the black font against the dull, teal, bg it will be a bit illegible? :S

Cons:
Saved as a poor file type, making it look even worse.
The banner has no border.
The banner has nothing to do with habbo.
Blue and Green are horrible.
The headers for the boxes are too big, and so it then text.
All of the text is way too big and ugly.
There is no boundaries.

Pros:
You have a nice structer, just ruinted by the cons above.
These some nice ideas, just poorly executed.

Help:
Try looking at an exsisting site, take a screenshot, and use some of the colours, as if they are on a good site, they will constrast well together.

Remember:
Dont make it too big and ugly.
Use colours that compliment each other.
Less is more

Fonts/Text are too plain, wrong fonts.
