the petals were removed from the catalogue not so long back and most people need alot for their rooms. they will rise im sure unless they get released again.

That's just a rumour. They have done that before so they can get the petals for very cheap.
I don't think it goes down more. Because there is another rare coming and the petal will stay (I think) around 2cs.

I think 1.9 CS is good for a petal patch, not to high, not too low
