Period pains :@ :eusa_wall
I seriously have the worst stomach ache ever, and ive tried bathing, i have no tablets in the house, urgh i feel so sick, i cant even sleep
anything anyone can advise for this situation :s

yayaya i know i am a male but for stomach aches u can get a hot water bottle and lay in bed with it on your stomach

aww, i hate period pains. So annoying.
Hm anyway i always make sure im lieing down [it doesn't hurt as much] and neurofen but you said you dont have tablets or anything.Try having a warm bath

my mum got me some paracetamol, i had 2 before, stomachs a bit settled now, but its always atnight they really hurt, i just had a bath, and my mums got 2 more tablets for tonight, then shes getting more tommorow.

all those tips work but during the night if it wakes you up get a hot water bottle and see if that settles it but also do this it sometimes helps - so i have been told - curl up into like a ball sort of thing so your knee's are close to your tummy or as close as you can get and it should ease the pain and it shouldnt be to uncomfortable to sleep that way

im very figity in the night, i move alot, and that makes things x10 worse.
i have a hot water bottle, but that has done nothing but make me extremeley hot.
either way, tonight my mums giving me some paracetamol again, should decrease the pain at least a little bit.
