Pest Control - AAAAhhhhh!!!!

PC is so Annoying!!! There are so many Level 60-70 there and they are all rubbish PC was made so that by winning it made it alot eayser to get levels up but now there are so many noobs its nearly imposible to win!
who else aggrees that there should be a Minimum Level to Enter Pc? there should be diff levels of it like Levels 3-40 41- 70 70+ and the higher the levels the more points you get per win+ Much harder enemys!

Becuase its not Tradeing a Service or an achivment and Becuase its to do with Fighting... Dueling... so i thort this was the best place for it
