Hey, like i said in the thread before the forum needed a backup installed, I suggest you make the gap between the banner and the horizontal nav abit smaller and give it a nicer design .

Under the place for the banner you have a big blue border type gap w/e you call it lol. Lets call it a spacer shall we.

Anyway, try making the "spacer" a bit more interesting with a design. Maybe make it a gradient or add some sort of other design you have in mind . Also make it half the size.

That spacer thingie as you call it is for a annoucement which will have a marquee So i cant make it smaller
