Click post reply>click on hyperlink icon(it's like an earth picture, and if you go over with mouse it says insert hyperlink>and just insert link and type in the phrase you want it to be shown as.

Kyle already explained it but here is a picture of the icon, I placed a red circle around the icon you have to click.

EDIT: It seems not to be working but I think that's because of imageshack.

You can also put:

With no space between URL and =, so it comes up like:
Click here for Habbox!
